Firstly, I would like to say that you have already stepped into winning side by willing to change and setting goals for yourself. it’s always good to have more knowledge. Do take psychology and finance hand in hand. it will do you good.

secondly, about handling toxic people.sometimes, indirect approach helps. for example: sharing books especially related to mental health and psychology. if they rejects or shows no interest then ask them question as if you have not understood. it will make them at least read some sentences and provoke interest on them. Important thing, don’t let them catch your intention and always try to involve them in mental health and psychology or other topic that broadens mind or changes tense environment. I am saying this because sometimes the toxic people don’t really have an idea how much they are hurting others intensely or unintentionally. reading and understanding human mental and psychology helps oneself as well as helps in reflecting their behavior and thoughts. it’s much easier to share books than trying to talk with them or asking them to understand.

Finally,regarding earning money, you will earn money and it will be steady. with increasing time,earning will improve too.
