    Hi Mihir,   Thank you for your wishes. And thank you for guidance as well. I am planning for a job change as my current client is bad mouthing me with others as well and he seems to be moody. I am supported by my boss but I am loosing my confidence here hence looking for a change.

    Father and Senior se relationship bohot achhe hai. They are my mentors and I really respect them. Yesterday, I was removed from the project and my reporting manager said to look at it positively.     Thank you for your response. I have a job offer, but I have spent my entire career here and the organisation has given me so much. Thats the reason I am skeptical to make the switch.
