    Not an expert. But here is my view. Having your own business in service sector. Consultant job or business will do good as well. Note : D10 chart is very important to give better accurate prediction.

Do it daily without missing a day. Best to do it for life. Sit on a pure cotton aasan at least 1 cm thick. Even the filler must be pure cotton. Sit on it facing east direction. You can get a digital compass app i.e available free and look for 90° east. Do not use the aasan for anything else and not let anyone use it. Close your eye and listen to it or speak it.
