This is not a good year for Gemini Lagnas. Jupiter is transiting through their 10th H & even though its Jupiters own Rasi, its in its debilitation House. On top of that, Jupiter is also the Badhak. Profession, finances, health and even relationships will go through Turmoil. Its best to lay low till April 2023. Things will improve considerably next year. Health will improve after Aug 20th of this year but still have to be careful all year. Might have to visit hospitals, have some skin or kidney related issue…spouse or yourself might even have to go under the knife(surgery). Pharmacy is a good business for you but won’t see any results till next year. Stick with it.

Its a good combination for everything except money IMO. The problem isn’t the opportunity to earn money. But its that these people are not interested in money. They just want enough to be comfortable. The sort of people who’ll say no to a better opportunity & a bigger pay cheque because they’re comfortable where they are. They could very well be connected to finance in some way….auditors, financial advisors, bankers but they hardly follow their own advice related to finances. Habitually, forget to pay their own bills on time, don’t care if they have to pay interest. Don’t have the business mind, the shop keepers you see that will sell you a product even if you’re short on money and say “kal de dena”.
Will have knowledge of multiple subjects including law & religion, foodies, beautiful face but tendency to gain weight past 30. Would love to debate. Spouse would be respectable, philanthropic, tendency of deep thinking especially about the “purpose of life”. Ego clashes, arguments related to knowledge between the spouses. Insurance, Medical Field, Legal or Banking could be some of the possible professions.

In short, an intellectual with greed of knowledge rather than money.

Of course, aspects, house/signs will alter the results.

Rahu signifying Umbrella is interesting. I’ve heard Sun signifies Umbrella because a) It’s a tool for protection(against Rain) which is the job of a king & b) An umbrella just like a Hat was a status symbol back in the day. The fancier the umbrella, the richer the person.
Alternatively I’ve also seen Saturn being the karaka of Umbrella because it blocks the Sun which is what Shani Maharaj did when he was born, eclipsed the sun.

Is there a logic behind Rahu that I’m missing? Could it be the same logic applied to Saturn = Eclipses the Sun?

Rashi wise Rahu-Ketu are exalted. House wise Rahu-Ketu are debilitated. It creates a lot of confusion for Rahu & Ketu. Rahu wants to wheel & deal, conquer the world by hook or crook but now he has to ethical. Moral Dilemma is the theme here. Should I or should I not? The person will want to be spiritual one day & decide Materialism isn’t for him/her but the next day will decide Spirituality is trash, look how happy & successful my friends are. The see-saw continues. They’ll lie but white lies, where people don’t necessarily get hurt. Very unbalanced. This only happens in Libra….not surprisingly its represented by a balance/scale. Key is to incorporate both, find that balance. Easier said than done.
Donation of 9 planets can never hurt. It might not give the person the most powerful result but its always good for the soul.
