Saturn is also aspecting 7th house of marriage. Again giving delays.
The reason you might be facing stomach issues is because in april rahu moved in your 6th house of stomach. its also transiting over your jupiter creating a guru chandal yog.
10th house is career house. Saturn aspecting can bring delays in career. There is a sun too. Saturn is aspecting sun, hence the relationship with your father is not good. Sun never supported or accepted saturn as his child.
