thank you for the query…in my humble understanding…rahu is an illusionary shadow planet or node…not an actual planet…it is unpredictable as well…all placements have pros and cons so would not give accuracy if limited to 1 placement…however rahu and ketu both can be under control if rahu is aspected or conjunct or in house of Venus and ketu in Jupiter house or aspected or conjunct with…but who has more degree and which nakshatra also matters to identify how it will play out…1 thing I observed is that sometimes rahu will make us think a certain situation will work in natives favour and everything is going as per plan but slowly with time native understands that the whole situation was fraud and bad for native…however ketu will work suddenly like example make a person loose job suddenly but gv him opportunities to set up business…same with marriage cases..that 1 marriage or engagement will break but a better one will come along…so I would suggest we look at other possible combinations impacting the placement of rahu in 3rd house while analysing the chart and always take holitistic view with rahu…it’s a tricky planet to deal with so can be good in some cases and bad in some…jai mahadev maa gauri

firstly Sagarji, thank you so so much for your patience and also giving me an opportunity to read this case, it was a pleasure to research and learn through your chart…very unique combinations…I tried to gv background and logic as well so it can be used for further decoding if needed..
Firstly, Few points to keep in mind before we proceed to the conclusion –

Pending Prarabhdha karma (not the fixed karma) seen in fifth house, something you get from your own previous birth deads not some curse we carry from family tree or generations basis = Sun+Merc+Jup in 5th house

Sun has combusted Mercury and Jupiter (Sun signifies father)

Venus and moon in 6th house (moon signifies mother)

Venus also being your atmakaraka

Exalted planets – Sun, Moon, Mars,

Own signs placements – Venus and Rahu

Pushkar navamsa and pushkar bhagya – Mars, Ascendant, ketu where Mars and Ketu also in Pushkar Bhagya(good placements)

Retrograde planets to be notes – Saturn(Mula nakshatra 3rd pada karmic also in lagna so refers to why you are born), Neptune, Uranus and Pluto

With Rahu and Ketu taking in highest degrees of 27 in chart (Rahu mahadasha since March 2017 has aggravated the situation)

However you carry pending karma as per your fifth house placement –

Sun (father) is combusting (Mercury (Siblings & neighbours) and Jupiter (inner contentment and joy of human and ability to reason things and situations in life)

Moon (Mother) is in 6th house (house of illnesses, debts, seva, job, and court cases) (placement where a person will constantly feel unsatisfied with the conditions of life)

Luckily your moon and venus are both placed together in Venus nakshatra rohini which is favourable nakshatra but placements is 6th house which could be better if different house.

Now about pending karma, this is not family curse but as per combinations I believe – in your past birth you had planned a few things that you wanted to do before your death which are incomplete still and for that reason you have been given another chance, looking at saturn and uranus in 1st house where saturn is retro (note:mars, merc, sun in 8th house in D9)

1 thing to note is that lord Rama had Rahu in 3rd house as well, though he had to go to vanvaasa due to step mother intervention and promise by his dad to step mother however his step siblings were good to him because of Jupiter placements.

I am unaware of what dreams you could not fulfill in your previous birth but in this birth you can surely do it becasue of retro saturn in lagna, only activate/ energize your jupiter, Venus, saturn and Mars, they will show you through meditation or japa about your life purpose.
