Saturn posited in any house delays it. 8th house is death and therefore death is delayed.
Although Saturn presence or aspect on 7th house delays marriage. Presence delays heavily while asked has little reduced affect and sometimes no effect.
Most times I have seen aspect (drishti) of Saturn on 8 th did not help much on life span.
Life span is a critical matter and merely looking at Saturn alone cannot determine Span.

Look at your D-7 chart. Your acendant lord will be connected to 6th or 10th or their lords. Meaning Acendant lord placed in 8/10. 10/8 lord in Ascendant. Both lords are conjoined in any house. Look at your D-7 chart.
Your acendant lord will be connected to 6th or 10th or their lords.
Meaning Acendant lord placed in 8/10.
10/8 lord in Ascendant. Both lords are conjoined in any house.
If conjunction happens in any house other than 8/10, gets an early cure.
If 8th /10th lord in lagna takes longer time.
If ascendant lord in 8/10, takes further longer.
All of the above in D-7 chart only.

Usually a weak Moon in 8th house causes such things. Moon is on same degree as Sun - in Graha Yudha and lost the battle with Sun. Generally, visiting Hanuman Temple and practising Hanuman Chalisa etc. can help. Regards Srikanth
