    Problem is 3Rd house affliction. Ketu In Gemini and debilitated Moon in 3Rd.
    Mars in 12th along with Mercury (both are 3Rd lords, natural and from lagna).

    Person does not like to communicate at all, stays in isolation and will not reply to emails / whatsapp messages /phone calls properly either to colleagues / customers. Practical remedy is work on developing a habit of keeping a time frame of 9-5 and reply all emails and messages in less than 24 hours..

    Also try installing Mars in third house. Wear a moonga chain in neck.

    I see relationship issues with both life partner and business partners/ colleagues. Not able to move on and you keep thinking on what happened in the past. Don't blame others for what happened. Try moving on, forget everything, start fresh and things shall be fine.

    Two things here.
    1) Any person facing South and lighting a lamp should not be done. Yamaraj stands ahead of all deities in the South, although Hanumanji (Mars) who went to Lanka rules South. Such namaskaram/ prayer is acceptable only to Yamaraj. Or in other words, any aradhana facing South – Yamaraj grabs it. Lighting Diya South is done only to invite Yamraj – where there is death in family.

    2) Panchamukha Anjaneya – is considered as Parabrahman. Meaning he is now moola (root) of all devatas. Parabrahman are always kept in such a way that the person worships him facing towards east. Usually, abhaya anjaneya and other forms can face other directions.

    If Cancer becomes the 1/5/9 signs these traits come into play clearly. In general, brothers can be aggressive and cannot hold long term goals – can be one prediction. However, it plays well with the relative in your Cancer / those that are represented by Aries.

    Planets in the 12th usually come to play at the fag end of life unless you have activated 12th house by changing country or living in isolation. Try to solve problems of people, keep doing donations.... Should work fine and well.
