Sun is very far ahead of Venus - about 45 degree difference - so is the delay. Around 2020 there was relationship failure.? I think, if you reduce your expectations / requirements with respect to spouse - marriage / live-in relationship can be possible. Regards,

Around 2016 was there a love failure? Probably because family did not approve the marriage. Venus, Jup connected in both D1 and D9. Dashas are not favoring marriage till 2025 end. It's better to think of marriage only then, probably with similar spouse whose first marriage or love ended.
