    For starting a stable family, check : 2nd house in D1 and D9 and Rasi thulya Navamsa. I don't think he will be starting a stable family, which can be called as a marriage. That's why probably Sir must have said that.

    In D9 Moon and Rahu are activating Cancer (4th house), 12th lord -5th lord Venus (vehicles) is placed. Most times event happens only when confirmed in D-9 and D-1. You may read my question posted on this forum on Yogini dasa and give feedback. You may get some more insights.

    Take the Bhava Chalit chart - follow equal house system. In D1: Moon moves to 2nd bhava activates Aquarius while Rahu also activates Aquarius. It's lord Saturn is in 8th bhava (bad) in Gemini Rasi (neck). 5th and 10th houses are maraka positions for 4th house (denoting vehicles).

    currently Libra kcd is running but Venus is not very favorably placed. Both 7th lords of D1 - Mars and Ketu are in 2nd indicating a marriage with someone who is a divorcee or widow. Chances or marriage are less but can try during next year. Regards Srikanth.

    3Rd house is 9th from 7th. Also check the 3Rd lord of D1 in D9. It shall be in 6/8/12 position from D9 ascendant. Otherwise, it can indicate bad health / wealth/ career / relationships etc depending on the Sign in which Saturn is placed..
