What could be the reason if a person becomes angry with some one and within 10-15 min he gets calm down and then he realizes that he made a very big mistake.
It was not even required
But, by the time he realizes, he is already too late.
Till then, he has already spoiled the relation with other person.
If mars ( action oriented), Saturn ( hardwork) and Rahu ( desire) when these planets are placed in debilated signs and gives frustrations in daily activities then one automatically loses temper.

ok, any conjuction of mars ? because I had rahu mars and its makes me fierce when I am in angry. but I won’t get angry just as you describe and cool down by 10 to 15 minutes later. its take few days or months of year to cool down. and when I am in those mood of anger, nobody will come and ask anything to me. nobody. and I never regret later as you said. and u won’t get angry just for small matters.
so I guess you are talking about yourself emotional issue, every one can anger. find out why you are in those angry mood. those angry can’t be trigger just like that. your emotions, moon maybe can makes your feeling discomfort and thus lead to anger. find your mood placements. if everything is look ok, then its nothing to do with planet’s and astrology.
those kind of anger. in my opinion, is nothing to do with the astrology placement. maybe I can be wrong

well that could be because the person is of aries ascendant, and currently Rahu and Mercury are in Aries sign. Anger burst is bound to happen. Slip of tongue can happen.
