Dad not yet settled

This is my Dad’s Chart.
He is 59 years old. Still haven’t settled in life. No continuity in income. A lot of fights between Mom and Dad for money. Is there any possibility stable job or business in near future? Any industry he should avoid and also any industry that will prove to be beneficial. He’s currently trying to get into mining. He has been cheated many times in business and lost a lot of money. No success in any sort businesses.
