I left my job of Counselling and sales in September, and now looking for job from last 3 months in regarding market research, analysis. But failed to get one. From last 1 year, I am also not feeling well, feeling of not breathing fully and lack of energy.

this looks like a period of transformation where you have to look for work that is not conventional or expected of you by family. its your atmakaraka dasha and rahu antardasha. Market research seems compatible but you might want to think of specializing in something that is closer to your true inner passion: does it have something to do with food or hospitality or travel? if you have a hidden talent, it’s time to showcase it well, make a flattering portfolio that conveys your passion rather than hide it. Also you can do Surya namaskar and simha kriya for increasing breath capacity, donate milk in shiva temple or do abhishek.
Thanks A lot for reply, No idea about hidden talent regarding food hospitality or travel, But I am good at problem solving and counselling, will look into that. And i was doing simha kriya before, will look into it again.
