The way Sir explains this is – Rashi is most important for prediction and planets deliver results.
So if all planets are in kendra, that means circuits fire often here, and results will be delivered more frequently in these areas.
If no planets, then when the rashi lord dasha/activation age comes, results will be delivered.
This concept was taught in Yogini Dasha course.

Further if these kendra’s are occupied by both malefic as well benefic shall we expect mixed result ?
these combinations also give result in absence of mahadasha or Antardasha of planets?
what can we expect if these planets are in fixed, movable or mixed signs ?
Four kendras with planets in it, mixed results with time gap of years say 3 to 6 and this is chaturgrahi yoga..
