It has been around 3 years her husband passed away. Since then she has been spending her time in quite a depressing way, thinking about the past, thinking about how helpless she feels, how bad her marriage was, how unsupportive her relatives are even now and how some of them ruined their married life. She has been strong all through her life, always tries to keep herself busy in some work so that these memories doesn’t pop up and ruin her mental peace. Still she often breaks down when such thoughts come up.

Can anyone please suggest something that can help her. Her life has been a rollercoaster mostly bad. Is there something good that lies ahead because she is already exhausted.
