Nadikas

each vaar has 30 nadikas. each one with two numbers. for example first one is 1 and 31. how to use it? as in how to know which Nadika is going on? In DrikPanchang Hora section is there, it has 24 horas in a day. how and where to find Nadikas?

      in Jhora if I open current time’s chart.. it shows Janma Ghati as 41.8637. Its Monday past midnight for me now. so which ghatika is going on now?
