The way Sir has explained this is – each person has an energy which is a culmination of our actions/behaviors/patterns from past and present lives. We attract same energies around us and that’s why we get into similar type of people/situations again and again in life. So make self corrections and get into a better energy bracket, and the people/situations around us will automatically upgrade.
Lord Rahu can be good in chart as well. For 11th house, dont lend money and dont teach wrong ideas of earning to others.
