Hello sir, How are you, Nice Video, my question is related to – we are trying to sell our home from six months but we are not getting perfect buyer, we are selling due to financial issues and dont have builder to 1st buyer complete paper document have only 3 pages no register copy, we are 2nd buyer and have 1st to 2nd buyer document , can u predict when i will be able to sell property bez we have to pay huge debt and its time is closing in, if cant pay in time may end up in jail or some other issues

Try selling the property to someone in the extended family. There should be someone whose interested.
Also Property paper work is 6th H, has Sun Mer signifying Gov Paperwork. 6th Lord is going in the 7th H….if the paperwork was lost it could be in a store room in your maternal grandmothers house or with your wife if married.
No one looking to buy from my relatives
we had 3 buyers in these six months but they backed out for one or other reasons
property documents our is not missing
it’s just that the 1 st buyer did not do Registration now we have to do F.I.R and News ad for 15 days, but need buyer for it his name needs to be added there, We need this document so that buyer can get loan through bank, if some one buys directly he can we have our documents but bank needs whole chain
