Listening to DG sirs lectures and reading blog posts have learned something about face reading:
Sun = Forehead
Mars = Eyebrows
Venus = Eyes
Jupiter = Nose
Saturn = Hair
2nd house = area between eyebrows, also right eye?
What planet/house is cheeks/cheebone area?
And if there is any good book in english which tells significators about areas of face&body?
Face and cheeks, throat are venus only.

Book Suggestion for significators – Star Guide to Predictive Astrology by Pandit KB Parsai and Pandit DK Parsai. This book gives a lot of detailed significators of each house. There’s no specific section as such for body parts, and also the focus is on houses/conjuctions and not on rashis. Check out if this helps for your purposes.
Eg: 12th house = Teeth on left side/left nostril/left side of two lips.
