I have saturn sitting at 1 degree in 9th house in pisces sign. lord of 9th house sits in 5th house at 16 degrees and is retrograde. Do I have a saturn sitting at cusp of 8th & 9th house ?, if not, then what do I make of this position? Saturn also happens to be lord of 7th house for me.
