what planetary combination makes a person fear and slows down from learning?

a person fears learning sports like driving, cycling, climbing,swimming. What could be done to overcome it.

      3rd house and 3rd sign represent learning new skill. if saturn or rahu or ketu is in 3rd sign or house and its lord is weak and afflicted,then fear takes place. but if the same lord is strong and afflicted, learning skill will take time, relentless practice is needed.

      some astrologer of bhrigu nandi nadi told that if saturn is in 3rd from jupiter then the native is fearless and brave. but if rahu is in 3rd from jupiter then native is coward and fearful.if ketu in 3rd from jupiter then he would do spiritual journey.

      to overcome it you need to strengthen mars , and provoke thought(mercury) of being fearless , so that your subconscious mind become clear and mind work better.
