will i be able to go abroad for my further studies? I have already received offer letter from foreign universities but finances are creating problems. will these problems be cleared by July this year? will i be able to get scholarship or loan assistance?

5th house moon with Saturn, high probability that you will have break in education with change of field of study as well. I would strongly advise against loan but you can go ahead with scholarship(you might get it) though it would be best if you start earning as early in life as possible and continue your education with work in parallel.
Are you planning to study medicine or chemistry? If yes, that might be more suitable with less obstacles.
