    3) carbs intake must be reduced to loose weight.
    4) further, if your BMI is high then you may have muscle mass other than fat coz muscle mass also increases BMI.
    5) This might be your practical weight…I mean if you do not feel lethargic to take stairs, you are normally active despite of weight then there is no need to worry…
    It’s not necessary that ” if you have zero figure then only you are healthy” This is big illusion created by so called media, models etc.
