    Scorpio Asc, 11th house Virgo Me. Applying the house+rashi+ planet significations and pointers given by Sir, I would say: Demigod here is Nag Devta Most likely a wish fulfilling female/kid form of Nag Devi or Nag Kanya. Such as Manasa Devi. Deity is linked to your father's younger siblings.

    • There is some harsh speech or insults going on (with family or kids). This is making condition worse. Person has to stop initiating or responding to any kind of hurtful speech. Just ignore the negativity and focus on self development.

    • Have you kept any torn garments/saris/slippers etc in your wardrobe? If yes, either get them fixed or dispose it
