    I have Saturn ketu in 4rth & in Bhav chalit ketu goes to 5 th with Saturn. Tea lover since Childhood. But what I learnt from Dipanshu Giri sir Tea is basically SaturnTea leaves Boiling Water Mars Sugar( optional) Venus Milk Moon so we need to check all these planets also

    Shift all important work / meeting s/ enjoyment to the day time so that no energy left till night.

    Stop thinking as super hero…He can also need support…so tell him to ask for help when he requires.

    wash feet / take quick shower before bed & apply moisturizer (good fragrance) & avoid eating sweets at bedtime.

    If he would able to do this then turn him into some spiritual activities like chanting mantras early morning & going to Mandir/ or any religious place.
