Capricon ascendant, Guru in Lagna and Shani is aspecting from 11th house ( 3rd aspect). Is this a neechbhang yoga? Mars in 9th (virgo)and Mercury 11th (scorpio) (Rashi parivartan). Would Mars/Mercury be benefic or malefic?
