Hi Abhijeet. I’m not much well versed in astrology but still would like to give a try,
1) Sir had mentioned that for Libra Ascendents till he or she learns to handle fame or defame native shall not progress in life.
2) As Sun is badhak in your chart there will be problems from government, fame/defame, problem in holding authority. Should learn to manage fame and defame as native has hurt a soul. Remedy is to do Praan Prathistha of deity wherever sun is placed in the chart.
3) As Mercury is conjuct Sun there might be problems in paperwork, Skin diseases, Intelligence of the native won’t work properly. Remedy – Do not exaggerate and do not make fake promises in life.
4) There will be issues in learning, understanding and creating a vision in life and does not know the path to follow.
