If you are talking about 5th and 9th house you can’t change it. It’s result of past life deeds good or bad.
If you are talking about 10th house or upachaya houses then you can improve in those things.
And suppose if one is lucky to know what will happen next he/she may improve related to those negative things by his/her own efforts.
At last, we make our own karma and of course we get the result for the same.
