yes mam a lot,
1. slip disc issue from 2018, cervical issue little
2.extra facial hair on the neck due to laser treatement issues done in 2015
3. got a blame of mental issues which I swear on God I was okay, but now I really have mental stress and fears of what all the bad that people have done to me to spoil my life as related to marriage love and career. now I don’t like to be open in disclosing myself to family or relatives but previously I was very transparent person.
relationship issues: a lot happened, you can ask specific questions I will answer. it is there from 2017 or 2018 till date. not yet married.
police station, blackmagic, character blame, one sidedness in love, many tags existed.
many family people and friends were reason for whatever destruction happened.
also inlaws issues, quarrels and public degradation of me. I too had a harsh mouth in the quarrel in the guys house and police station, I was influenced to give a wrong compaint by maternal people and i gave and it influenced later.
I also got involved in black magic once ( not now) which dint work I suppose ?, Muslim baba involved but I only got ditched in the process. but black magic and other vaseekaran type pujas from family people and other sources.
left my abroad life, career for sake of relationship which there was no second thought to stay abroad when he came back to India.
also whenever I tried for solution or help from people, this got spoilt more.

yes I am thinking if he is leaving abroad I want to be with him, any place in that sense, but we do not communicate on phones or anything. i resigned my job multiple times in different cities, to be in the place where he moved. usa, bangalore, hyd, etc. I am afraid to take a job as I may be placed in a different city than him and dint take up anything from 2 years, place was very important factor. thanks for asking about place.
in 2019 April 29th and 30th, once quarell happened in his office place outside office, it was not loud, between us and family members on phone.
also I am staying in my hometown in parents house but parents are not here, they come and go, I always ask him in my thoughts and pray to God, to get me out of this place, marry me and take me away with him.
I see the one I want to marry had some issues that my parents(father) are not ready to sponsor my visa amount for my abroad job, or any money that I can give him legallly, I am highly intuitive about this. I too dint get a job when I tried last 10 months due to lack of interest and skillset and less salary offers, specially place concern.

no skin allergies, had little white patches issue on face last year, but it was gone in no time, low sunlight was the reason.

no pain in shoulder after school but in almost all years in school I frequently complained about shoulder pain due to heavy bag.
pain in fingers when Mars dasha and mars bukthi last year, due to slip disc issue got worst due to back pain and physical work I did. now when rahu bukhti started, fingers are all fine and work load I reduced.
sleep issues due to black magic once existed in moon ending dasha in 2020 and 2021, and heavy sleep in day and no sleep in nite. it was pure black magic. I got some cure this February to an extent with help of someone.
also I sleep a lot from 2018,I think this is also some pujas effect on me, but I surrender to sleep due to my practical incapabilities. I don’t name it as depression sleep as things are different in my case.

Any acidity issue?
no acidity issue, once happened in 2013 or 2014, it was very complicated, drinking water also caused stomach pain. doctors did not recognize it was acidity issue, did all tests, got lot of extra penality on credit card bills. took my first flight due to that health issue. got solution for 4 years bloating problem after that issue with homeopathy. travelled alone in flights from that day till date.
suffered 4 years 2011 to 2014 with bloating problem. this was due to bad hostel food taken in 2011.
