Hello everyone, in time periods I have some intense overwhelming fears which are in most cases unreasonable. They are mostly about my health (I am in good health) or absurd things like the washing machine.

Paranormal – like things happened to me, yes. At the house I grew up I frequently feel and hear like someone is just living there and doing their daily tasks, despite me being alone there.
At another place I recently lived I always felt presence behind my left shoulder at a certain place in the apartment.
When my relatives passed away I was having talks with them while dreaming or in a dream like state.
