have elder brother DOB 15/10/1972 place New Delhi time either 910 am or 710 am purvashada ashtami tithi.brother had good life till 21 then turned alcoholic and other vices never held job despite fantastic opportunities did not study…became social outcast.. continues hand to mouth existence.drove mother out to an ashram and shunned by everyone. recently admitted to ICU doctor said BP high because of continuing drinking despite promising not to. i am younger sister supporting financially before and after marriage. my husband has fallen sick because of this constant stress and young son is teenager now seeing this. cannot abandon elder brother but really helpless with situation. am not sure of timing of birth. please please help. i don’t have anyone in maika except him. he realises his mistakes but says nothing works for him now even his appearance is like a vagabond. please can anyone help
