Look at the cusp of Taurus Lagna. Also look at the planets, which are obviously in Aries as Saturn is debilitated.
Look at the degrees in which the planets are placed. Moon shall be ahead in degrees, followed by Jupiter and then Saturn.
If any planets are in Graha Yudha or if Saturn is ahead then there are problems.
If the cusp of ascendant is in Kritika, then you kind of overreact.
It depends on the house where this combination is happening.
