Hi, if a person cannot get over somebody that is no longer in their life, is this part of repaying karmic debt? If so, is there a remedy to combat this or is it best to let it continue and pay it? Thank you

yes it is a part of karmic debt…longing for someone…and a lesson is involved…first introspect in the reason without being biased or talk openly to someone who wouldn’t judge you example a spiritual guru or master bcoz guru redeems from such karmas…secondly understand the reason for longing and not being able to move on, ie. is it due to regret of nt being there for them or understanding them , or being rude or angry with them or for gratitude of what they did for you or basic dependency or attachment for the journey of time you spent with them…once you know the reason then sit in a quiet place with a fruit in your palms, sit in a straight but comfortable posture and meditate on the fruit and then think or channelise your thoughts first for the reasons and time you got attached and what they taught you good or bad…show gratitude and be thankful for having them in your life and thank the person mentally, then ask for forgiveness for any misunderstanding or if you hurt them in any way and also if you felt hurt then forgive yourself and them and let them know mentally that you do repent and are grateful for the journey and situations and you wish to happily release the soul and yourself from the pending karma related to it and happy to move further in life…post that give away that fruit to any animal or insects or so….post that whenever you will get the memories think and channel your mind that it was a part of my life and I give it to the parmatma to redeem every soul that is a part of parmatma…in a few weeks your mind and soul will accept it and you will be able to move on…stay calm when you get memories or think of the person and channel your mind to not get emotional and ask help to God to balance your thoughts…it will go away and you will be able to be mentally free…jai mahadev maa gauri
was the person asking question refering to that person as dead or they have left from their life(like breakup).
I’m not sure but this works for both cases…if the person is dead then the person can mention to the person they are longing for and if it is break up then native can imply it for the journey of time spent together and let god know that we are free to move on and get to the next life lesson and wish the person well mentally…both cases it can be implied…jai mahadev maa gauri
remember you are born only one time with this body to that certain family.in this life, there are many things that give us happiness and sadness. if you focus on negative part you wouldn’t get to fulfill your other pending karma. you cannot just spend your life thinking about just one person.
also it is not a karmic debt ,fawning our the person who is no longer in your life, move on for the people that want to see you happy.
if you have done harm to someone in previous life, and in this life the moment they hurt you and leave you, your pending karma related to that thing gets over. its upto you if you want to spend your life repenting on that one incident or become a reason for other people and yourselves to be happy.
No, its not always Karmic.
