In my D9 chart, Moon is in Taurus in 9th house & Ketu is in Gemini in 10th house. Will they be considered as conjunct/yuti? What are the consequences of this combination? I know that an individual with this arrangement can have certain mental issues and also sometimes be blessed with extraordinary powers like clairvoyance, premonition, etc. Please elaborate on this conjunction and share some positive traits for the same. Person behave like moon in D-1. Very intuitive, reserved but pure mind. No this is not a conjunction but moon is going towards Ketu. So Moon will result in D-9 as per his placement. It is exalted and in 9th house. Which is in itself a major dharma house.

Nope. This is not a conjunction.
Moon-ketu yuti if closely conjunct, person is intuitive, spiritual, usually enjoy their own company and can sense emotions of others. But at the same time anxiety, confusion, restlessness is also seen.
If malefic effect then person may be of very revengeful and unpredictable sometimes but other combinations also matter.
