lack of self esteem self confidence, no will to do anything, feel sad and low all the time

I feel under confident, no self esteem, no sense of direction or vision of what I want and where I want to go, feel guilty all the time. I feel like I have no will to do anything, feel low and and down all the time and lack any enthusiasm and will to do anything, nothing makes me happy it seems, feel guilty a lot. date of birth 22.05.1991 place bhopal madhya pradesh time either 11.35am Or 11.44am not sure
