i know i have to wake up early…be disciplined….but how to do all that…how to maintain consistency
well, you start at once and maintain consistency, it isn’t that difficult. You worship lord Hanuman or exercise daily. Do it for 21 days, it will become habbit.
And if someone worship daily at morning or evening the person automatically wakes up early at 4.00 clock.
