The overall picture cannot be judged by this. Basically this shows that the boy and girl have very different energies. It shows some fights and disagreements because of difference in mentality / character / personality. Person from whose lagna the partner’s lagna is 6th sees it like a challenge, fight, competition, etc. But person from whose lagna the partner’s lagna is 8th sees it like an unknown fear, punishment or totally wants to avoid it. Again it depends on other combinations.
