It’s a fakir combination (not mean materialistic things) where the person though having a lot or nothing, his/her heart is not attached to materialistic things (required for moksha/freedom)..
According to me same goes for moon ketu, moon Saturn..or moon in kemdrum, if other spiritual combination support in charts.

hi, for moksha, u need to look on 12th house. somehow about venus too – I hear in one of great astrologer video.
any u must complete all teh karma circle and u must detachable on all the materials things.
