All the people with moles on fingers I have observed have bad married life in early stage, financial crises, when a good married life starts to have verbal fights or faith and love decreases the couple start to have moles on their fingers or somewhere on hands. This is an observation, i am not an astrologer.
Usually individuals tends to have birthmarks / moles on the Rahu Ketu Axis.

Hands in our body part is 3rd house and 11th house depends on left and right, Influence or position of Rahu in these house gives prominent mole. So 3rd house again luck of marriage as 9th from 7th,so one’s own subconscious mind influence the bhagya of marriage.
