I have read that Moon in 7th house give affairs from same city? but i didn’t get the logic for this.

The logic is Moon governs the natural fourth house in the kaalpurush Kundali and when placed in the seventh house it indicates that the spouse will be from your native land . same is the case when any influence of the fourth lord creates on the seventh house or lord of seventh and Venus.
what if we add rahu to the mix? my rahu and moon are in cancer in 7th house. will my spouse be from same city?
Not more than 50kms towards the south west . And intercaste marriage.
