No please avoid yellow sapphire because Jupiter rules 3rd & 6th house which are not auspicious houses. Better not to wear Yellow sapphire. You should wear Blue Sapphire, Opal fire stone, Diamond etc. for betterment of your life, relationship, career etc.
Avoid:
(1) Pearl (Moti) – Moon
(2) Yellow Sapphire (Topaz) – Jupiter
(3) Red Coral – Mars
(4) Green Emerald (Panna) – Mercury (in some cases, Libra can wear)
(5) Ruby (Manek) – Sun
