name change doesn’t mean rebirth. you have your birth chart which won’t change for you for whole lifetime.
name is like mantra . if you do mantra jaap of maa saraswati it will have positive effect on your memory but if you start doing mantra jaap of mahakaali , you would feel energetic and become bold and brave.
when you change the name,just the energy you reciprocate and resonate will change.
depending on planet in your birth chart, it would have positive or negative effect.
