Saturn represents delay, slow & dry. It could be possible that your income is slow right now and as most would go away into required expenses you feel you can’t save.
In addition to this, do check that state of venus, moon & jupiter (your 12th lord) and any aspect on saturn. This may tell you more about what is causing those expense.
i did watch that. tried to do remedies but no significant result as suchita so far
Don’t borrow and lend money…
In recent past you gave money to any friends or family members.
Chant Rudrashtakam 21 times 21days daily twice a day. And don’t eat preserved and cold foods, don’t smoke, don’t waste food,and eat on a particular time regularly don’t deviate from your time of meals. Thanks,

I also have saturn in 2nd house and situation is quite opposite. Saturn essentially signifies slowness and values. So it may be creating a situation of less in hand at the start (steady growth later) and you living expenses maybe making you feel you can’t save. So maybe you should check the other placement u mention e dto find the real cause..
