In the Attached chart I wanted to know, why Shukra & Guru are in a retrograde position in the context of the Past life karma. Especially The position of Shukra as shukra is not only retrograde but exalted, Ascendant lord and Atmakaraka as well

According to your chart, In past life you had great knowledge about Ayurveda and well versed in scriptures. you had understanding about spirituality. You were very knowledgeable person. As about retrogression. It tells these karma was not yet finished fully in past.
