During early life and dasha of Saturn it can pressure income.. Especially if 2nd – 12th to moon… But even then it delays or makes a person work harder for money but never denies money
obviously Saturn indicates poverty, if Saturn is linked with the 2nd and 11th lord it will give money but living things in the 2nd house will definitely suffer.
I only have the 7th aspect of Saturn in my second house but I’m always broke, turning 28 this year n I have no penny in my name not even a chair.
