3Rd house is 9th from 7th.
Also check the 3Rd lord of D1 in D9. It shall be in 6/8/12 position from D9 ascendant.
Otherwise, it can indicate bad health / wealth/ career / relationships etc depending on the Sign in which Saturn is placed..
i have saturn in 3rd house with mars but when i got married my father in law there and infact he really used like me among all his daughter in law
3Rd is 9th from 7th, so Saturn being malefic can cause this.
However, for confirmation, the 3Rd lord of D1 shall be placed in 6/8/12 from Navamsa ascendant in D9. Or at least 3Rd house/3Rd lord poorly placed in Navamsa.
