If leo sign is in the 10th house which is empty then you have to check its lord’s placement that is Sun… where is sun placed in your chart… based on sun’s dignity, your career would prosper…
You are Scorpio ascendant so placement of mars is very important in your chart… you also have to check the aspects from other planets and other signs too.
Means suppose saturn is placed in your 8th, 1st, 4th house would delay and create hinderance in your career
Then check your 4th house that is aquarius sign. Is there any planet over there? If yes then it would aspect your career too. Placement of Rahu and ketu are also significant. If Rahu is placed in 2nd (libra)or 6th (aries) house it will affect your career too in positive manner but if Ketu is in the same placement then it would negativity affect your career.
