Because Jupiter lord of 8th is in 7th and Saturn lord of 6th amd 7th in 9th. Both are retro, so there is karma. Saturn is marakesh, so gives health problems.
It didn’t gave any health issues .

I understand as you expect Jupiter antardasha could be a relief comparing to saturn-venus, Saturn-Rahu etc. But here as Jupiter is placed in 7th (not okay) also in the sign of Aquarius ruled by same Saturn , Saturn delivered the karmic result though Jupiter anatar dasha. Jupiter also rules the 8th house and Saturn 6th and 7th, so result might have been related to 7th(maraka house), or 6th or 8th.
ya it gave all the shock in that Dasha but now when I look back all that really transformed me into a better human . After that period real transformation started.
