      By 2024. There are chances. You can clear the exam. Worship lord Hanuman and offer water to sun daily early morning daily. Your speech is very harsh and try to tame down your ego and anger:)

      less chances to clear but person get a govt job surely in other govt exams. person is hardworking but breaks in career is possible
