I’ve seen especially when mercury is strong (in fire signs) along with sun & rahu, it makes the person too much hyper active or talkative. When present in 6th/10th house it can make the person a good salesman. This conjunction is worst probably in water signs like Cancer/Pisces, but slightly better in scorpio. Overall it depends on dignity of Mercury.
When present in good dignity, jupiter’s aspect on this conjunction proves beneficial to the native.
